Purchasing an MX data plan gives you access to LI-COR Cloud (formerly HOBOlink) remote monitoring platform's powerful data and user management tools by pushing data from MX Loggers to the cloud using the HOBOconnect app and/or an MX Gateway.
Expand your data and device management by purchasing an optional MX Data Plan that connects your MX devices and data with LI-COR Cloud monitoring software's powerful data and user management tools.
Choose from two options of MX data plans: the MX-Speed and MX-Data. You can use the Cloud to manage your data for just a small annual fee per device.
To push your data to LI-COR Cloud, you can use either the HOBOconnect app or an MX Gateway.
MX Gateways configure to automatically offload data via WiFi or Ethernet from your MX logger to LI-COR Cloud, as well as send alerts with user-defined notifications/alarms, such as low battery, measurement excursions, and more.

Important Information: At least one MX logger, a compatible mobile device or Windows computer, Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection, and the HOBOconnect app are required.
Is an MX data plan required for MX data loggers?
No; in addition to accessing your data via Bluetooth and the free HOBOconnect app within 100 feet of loggers, MX data plans are offered to give you an ability to push your data to the cloud.
